The Role
The Project Manager ensures our ambitious ideas actually happen. You’ll manage the day-to-day across client accounts, timelines, and budgets, keeping everything (and everyone) on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project delivery from start to finish
- Act as the central communicator between teams and clients
- Manage timelines, budgets, scopes, and risk
- Solve problems on the fly to keep things moving
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, tech, strategy)
- Track budgets and status; flag issues early
- Support the team with structured organisation and positive energy
What You Bring:
- 3+ years managing projects in creative/digital/integrated agencies
- Skilled multitasker with a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent communicator and proactive organiser
- Confidence managing expectations and shifting priorities
- Passion for innovative, culture-led work
