The Role
A Senior Account Manager at No Standing is equal parts strategist, organiser, and relationship builder. You’ll manage high-stakes clients, identify opportunities to grow business, shape strategy, and deliver results across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow client relationships
- Lead multiple projects from concept to execution
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Manage scopes, budgets, timelines, and reporting
- Guide internal teams across creative, production, and tech
- Pitch, plan, and launch innovative, culture-first campaigns
- Mentor junior team members
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in client services or account management in creative/digital agencies
- Proven ability to manage multiple fast-moving accounts
- Strong sales acumen
- Strategic and commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, culturally aware environments
