The Role

A Senior Account Manager at No Standing is equal parts strategist, organiser, and relationship builder. You’ll manage high-stakes clients, identify opportunities to grow business, shape strategy, and deliver results across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow client relationships
  • Lead multiple projects from concept to execution
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage scopes, budgets, timelines, and reporting
  • Guide internal teams across creative, production, and tech
  • Pitch, plan, and launch innovative, culture-first campaigns
  • Mentor junior team members

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in client services or account management in creative/digital agencies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple fast-moving accounts
  • Strong sales acumen
  • Strategic and commercial mindset
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, culturally aware environments
