As a Telegram Community Manager
The Role
We’re looking for a Telegram Community Manager to be the voice and vibe of our communities. You’ll lead engagement across our Telegram channels, foster meaningful discussions, handle announcements, and help shape the tone of our brand in real time. If you love connecting with people, staying on the pulse of culture, and being an all-round community wizard—this is your gig.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and moderate daily activity across Telegram channels
- Create engaging content and conversation starters to spark community dialogue
- Respond to questions and feedback quickly, keeping the community informed and inspired
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to roll out campaigns, updates, and product drops
- Escalate user feedback and issues to the right teams
- Set the tone, maintain community guidelines, and protect the vibe
- Track engagement metrics and report on community health
What You Bring:
- 2+ years in community management or social engagement roles
- Deep understanding of Telegram and online community dynamics
- Confident communicator with great writing skills
- Positive, proactive, and culturally in tune
- Able to manage a fast-moving, often chaotic chat environment
- Passion for digital culture, emerging tech, and creative communities
