Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Telegram chats and moderate according to community rules
- Address spam, trolls, and off-topic content quickly and effectively
- Respond to basic community queries and escalate as needed
- Maintain a welcoming and inclusive tone at all times
- Provide real-time support during product launches and events
- Flag issues, feedback, and potential risks to the core team
